“We had a burglary reported and after processing the scene, I checked LeadsOnline and found that the person we suspected of committing the burglary sold five pieces of jewelry in Philadelphia. The victim was shown the photograph of the jewelry that was sold by the suspect, and the victim immediately identified the jewelry as the items which were stolen from the residence. The suspect was interviewed several hours later, and initially denied any involvement in the burglary as he did when questioned about another recent burglary. The suspect was confronted with the information gained from LeadsOnline and subsequently confessed to both burglaries.”
