“While browsing around in the new format, I found one of my stolen property items. It was reported from a burglary investigation, which showed an NCIC Hit” pawned 9 days after the burglary I was investigating took place. The ticket window had the phone number listed for the person selling the item. I called the number and spoke to the person selling the stolen property. She agreed to come in and subsequently confessed to receiving the stolen property from her baby’s daddy (my burglary suspect). She also identified two other accomplices in addition to the identity of the suspect’s vehicle. “”
