Diamond earrings sold in another city recovered with LeadsOnline

“We received a case assignment concerning theft of property during a residential move. The victim had using a moving company. After the move, the victim noticed that a pair of diamond earrings valued over $5,000 was missing. The victim had the name of an employee who had been alone briefly inside the master bedroom, where the jewelry was kept. A report was filed by the victim, but a search on the suspect’s name came back without a lead. We then cross referenced the property description, which led to locating property outside our jurisdiction, in Nashville. The earrings were pawned day after the victim’s move, but by the suspect’s girlfriend. The earrings were recovered and returned to the victim.”
