“In July 2011, with the NCIC hit, I received notification of a pawned laptop computer that was taken in a residential burglary in April 2011. I recovered the laptop and returned it to the owner the same day. The owner was very surprised and happy. The defendant is still on the run and our Department would not have had a clue about this guy if it were not for LeadsOnline.
