“I had a report of a backpack blower and a weed eater that had been stolen on Friday. I came in on Monday and I got the case, however I didn’t have any serial numbers at the time. I pulled up LeadsOnline and I saw that a guy had sold a Backpack blower and a weed eater on the same day as my offense and about 30 minutes after it was reported to us. I called my victim who called the place he purchased the items from and was able to obtain a serial number for both items, which ended up matching the items that were sold. If it wasn’t for LeadsOnline, this would have taken forever to go to each business, plus I was able to see the date and time that the items were sold.”
