“A burglary report was filed after a victim’s deceased parent’s detached garage was broken into and had miscellaneous tools stolen. After interviewing neighbors, a suspect’s name was developed who conveniently resided in the neighborhood. The suspect’s name was entered into LeadsOnline which revealed the suspect sold five items to two different local places. All of the items were identified as the victim’s. All items were recovered except one that was sold by the business to an unknown person.”
