“New Orleans Police Department Detectives Ryan Vaught and Imani Ruffins conducted a serial number check of a reported stolen Garmin GPS device. The detectives drove to the pawn shop listed on the pawn ticket and were able to recover the stolen Garmin GPS unit. The GPS device was stolen from a vehicle. An arrest warrant for the subject listed as pawning the device was obtained.”
