“A victim reported he had two rings stolen by a known suspect. The suspect’s information was entered into LeadsOnline by name and nothing was located. Fifteen days after the reported theft, the suspect was checked again by her driver’s license number. On this search, LeadsOnline indicated a positive hit. The hit showed that the suspect pawned the rings eight days after they were stolen. The rings were located at the provided location, and the victim was notified. After the victim arrived at our Police Station and identified the rings, the suspect was charged with two counts of theft and two receiving stolen property offenses.
