“I had surveillance video of a theft suspect committing a theft from a store. The subject looked familiar, but I wasn’t sure based on the quality of the photo. I was using the Resident Activity Outside Jurisdiction feature when I saw that the subject had sold in a neighboring county. The business had an image of the subject in the store selling the item. Not only was it the same item, but the subject was wearing the same clothing, which helped identify him.”
