“While on duty working patrol in December, I was advised by a neighbor of mine that I had just become a victim of a theft when two males stole valuable Christmas decorations from my front yard. My observant, elderly neighbor was able to give me the last 4 digits of the license plate on the suspect’s vehicle, along with a color.
