“Two years ago I was investigating a report of a breaking and entering and larceny. The victim advised who he thought the suspect was based on the suspect bragging to friends. Over a year later I made contact with the suspect who stated that he would not meet with me because his mother told him that police could lie to him and they could arrest him based on what someone said. I had already checked the suspect on LeadsOnline and nothing definitive turned up until I decided to do another search on LeadsOnline for the suspect early this year and found that the suspect sold the property late last year, after I originally talked to him, so this should probably be on Dumb Criminals too!”
