“Due to NCIC reporting guidelines several items with serial numbers never get entered into the national database, and therefore have a slim chance of getting recovered. With this being known, I began running every stolen item with a serial number reported to our agency through LeadsOnline. Since beginning this, we have recovered over $20,000 worth of our victim’s stolen property from 30 different cases. Out of the 30 cases, so far 12 people have been arrested. Some of the other cases are still actively being investigated and hopefully will lead to additional arrests.”
