“A resident filed a report of a residential burglary in which his house was broken into and several items including an X-Box 1 and several X-Box games stolen. The resident had the serial number for the X-Box, which was put into NCIC. One of the items was sold within hours of the burglary allowing me to charge the defendant with burglary in the 1st degree and three counts of theft by deception!
