“While investigating a couple of burglars who were recently arrested, I was looking into possible pawn history. I recently found an Apple iPad that I linked to an additional burglary. The serial number matched exactly to the LeadsOnline posting so I was able to go back and locate the receipt from the bookstore where the victim purchased it. Search warrants were also obtained for the suspect’s apartment, and I was able to confirm and link them to several other burglaries that were still unsolved.”
