“In February, I worked a burglary of a home in which multiple items were taken to include an iMac computer, jewelry, coins, computer equipment, and other collectable items. Using LeadsOnline, I located the iMac computer, which led me to the suspect, who confessed and returned a few items. A necklace worth $16,000 was never recovered, and it was sold on the street for a few dollars and the suspect was unable to advise who purchased it due to his intoxicated state. Total taken was $19,215, and I recovered $1,900 worth or property. We are awaiting a trial or a plea on this case. I have arrested this same suspect one other time using LeadsOnline and was able to recover lawn equipment belonging to a different victim.”
