“LeadsOnline helped me solve another case. I was recently assigned a burglary with little to go on except a whole list of tools (nothing out of the ordinary and of course no serial numbers). After speaking with the victim, I learned of some troublesome neighbors. A search on LeadsOnline for the neighbor’s name produced a pawn ticket with most of the tools (only vaguely described). I met with the victim at the pawn shop, and he was able to identify the tools as his own. Like most tool owners, the victim knew all of the working and non-workings of his tools.
