“I was assigned to follow up on a vehicle burglary. The burglary occurred in a store parking lot and store surveillance video provided a vehicle description and a possible tag for the suspect’s vehicle. I ran the suspect vehicle tag number through LeadsOnline and got the registered owner of the vehicle. I searched LeadsOnline with that name and found the suspect had pawned stolen property from the burglary. Leads also had photos of the property at the time of the sale. The suspect confessed and handed over the remaining stolen items from the vehicle burglary.”
