“In February, a landlord reported that two window air conditioning units had been stolen out of his rental house. The tenant was interviewed by police and she told the officer the date that the units were stolen. She provided the officer with a story that a neighbor called her and told her that someone had damaged the home and had stolen the A/C units. While reviewing reports, I searched LeadsOnline and discovered where the tenant sold the two units in January. She will be arrested for the false statements and for selling the property.”
